International calls to AeroSvit's contact center are available free of charge now

AeroSvit – Ukrainian Airlines started introducing free telephone services for contacting AeroSvit’s call-center from outside Ukraine.
Besides Ukraine, Russian Federation was the first country, whose residents gained free access to AeroSvit’s communication channel. 8 800 100 509 9* number has already been activated for calls from Russia.
In the nearest time, the service will be available for potential passengers from Moldova and Israel. By the end of 2011 free calls to AeroSvit's call-center would be available from 12 countries of Europe, Middle East and Central Asia.
Earlier – in May 2010 – 0 800 509 800** number has been activated to provide free calls to AeroSvit from landline telephone networks within the borders of Ukraine.
Information available in the call-center:
- route network and flights schedule;
- promotional tariffs and special offers;
- services and conditions of their providing.
Upon individual requests clients will be offered optimum routes, departure/arrival time, prices and set of services provided to customers both on the ground and during the flight.
Apart from informational support, call-center operators can book a flight as well as issue the ticket, accepting payments from all kinds of payment cards both via telephone and in on-line chat at www.aerosvit.com

AeroSvit's call-center is a multipurpose communication channel created to provide remote around-the-clock customer services. Information can be provided in three languages – Ukrainian, Russian and English. The center is equipped with a modern communications management system and software products by means of which call-center operators can receive hundreds of phone calls daily.
The possibility to pay for the flight via contacting the call-center has been available to AeroSvit's passengers since July 2010. The transaction is remarkable for the high level of protection and the simplicity of the operations, which are to be carried out by the customer. It doesn’t take much time – the entire procedure of buying a ticket takes several minutes. At present, telephone payments for the flight are accepted from all types of payment cards.
Besides AeroSvit, the call-center also provides services for Dniproavia's and Donbassaero's customers.
